Frequently asked questions
Can I attend just one part, or do I have to take both?
Entirely your choice. Part One (AI Fundamentals) and Part Two (Prompt Mastery & Custom GPTs) can each be taken on their own. If you’d like both, the Masterclass Combo brings them together for ₹999 — less than Part Two costs by itself. The two parts run back to back on the same day, so the Combo is one continuous experience, from fundamentals to building.
Can my spouse or partner join too?
Absolutely — two parents learning side by side is parenting done right. One thing to know about seats: if you join together from the same device, a single registration covers both of you. If each parent wants to join from their own separate device, that counts as a second seat and needs its own registration. Seats are limited, so this keeps things fair for every family.
Can my child join the session?
No — this one is just for the grown-ups. We cover ground that’s meant for parents’ eyes: online safety and privacy, how to recognise and discourage AI-assisted cheating, setting up parental controls, and more. It’s the behind-the-scenes view you need to guide your child well, which is exactly why we keep children out of this particular session.
Do I need any technical background to attend?
None at all. This workshop is built from the ground up for non-technical parents. If you can use a smartphone and join a video call, you already have everything you need.
Is the workshop live, or pre-recorded?
It’s fully live. You’ll learn with us in real time, and we’ve set aside a generous Q&A at the end so you can get your own specific questions answered.
What is your refund and transfer policy?
We don’t offer cash refunds. Instead, your payment is protected as credit — you can apply it towards any future RitamAI workshop or course. You’re also welcome to transfer your seat to another parent, as long as you let us know in advance at contact@ritamailearning.academy. Any transfer must be arranged on or before 22 July 2026.
Will I get the handbook and prompt library afterwards?
Yes — the 50+ page handbook and the full prompt library come with Part Two (Prompt Mastery) and the Masterclass Combo, delivered within 48 hours of the session. Part One (AI Fundamentals) on its own doesn’t include the handbook.
Who is teaching this workshop?
This workshop is led by RitamAI’s founder, Janak. He holds AI certifications from institutions including Google, Anthropic, and IIT Bombay, across several areas of the field. He brings over a decade of teaching experience at the University of Mumbai — specialising in pedagogy, syllabus design, and curriculum auditing — and holds an MFA from a leading university in San Francisco.
