A RAND Corporation study (December 2025) found that 62% of middle- and high-school students used AI to help with homework — up from 48% just seven months earlier. The same study found 67% of those students believe AI is harming their own critical-thinking skills. They know it. They’re using it anyway.

Fact 03 — The assessment crisis no one’s talking about

A University of Reading study tested AI-written exam submissions against human markers. 94% went completely undetected. Not most — nearly all.

Fact 04 — The jobs your students will graduate into

The World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report 2025 — drawing on surveys of over 1,000 global employers — found that 92 million jobs will be displaced by AI by 2030, while 170 million new roles will be created. The catch: those new roles require AI fluency. Schools have roughly 4–10 years to prepare students for them.

Fact 05 — India has already decided

From the 2026–27 academic session, the Indian government — through CBSE, NCERT, KVS and NVS — is mandating AI and Computational Thinking in every school from Class 3 onwards. This isn’t a suggestion. It’s a national curriculum rollout.
